Welcome to Harmony Therapies Ballina. I’m Catherine, a shamanic healer in Co. Mayo, where the wild Atlantic meets ancient stone and the land itself invites pause. This is a place of thresholds—where inner and outer landscapes meet.
My practice weaves shamanic healing, Reiki, Aura-Soma, and home blessing, informed by core Celtic earth traditions and core Andean shamanic wisdom. I work with the understanding that healing is a remembering of harmony—within the self, with the land, and with the unseen forces that support us.
Each session is intuitive and client-centered, guided by what is most present for you in that moment. I support people who are moving through change, carrying emotional or energetic weight, feeling disconnected, or sensing that something within themselves or their home space is asking for attention. Sessions are held with care, groundedness, and deep listening, allowing healing to unfold at its own pace with safety in mind.
